About the Job

As the eLearn Design and Development Officer you will be required to contribute to the effective design and development of eLearning deliverables to specified learning solution project outcomes. A key part of the role will be to work collaboratively with other staff, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and using the departments systems and processes.

Reporting into the Project Leader Course Content, you will use a wide range of information and communications technology (ICT) skills within the role, leveraging their general IT and mixed media literacy, applying to a broad range of projects in varied work contexts. The role requires a wide variety of 21st Century skills including; critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, design thinking, flexibility, and initiative.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Hold a diploma level qualification with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or knowledge
• Experience in a range of e-learning environments, products, and understand their suitability for different learning outcomes and audiences
• Exceptional writing skills and a commercial sense with the ability to storyboard concepts and ideas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to foster and maintain good relationships
