The Opportunity

Monash HR is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support one of the University’s highest performing Faculties. In this role, you will actively partner with senior Faculty stakeholders to provide operational and strategic HR services and advice.

To be considered for this opportunity you’ll demonstrate extensive business partnering expertise in a complex setting, along with the following:

  • A dedication to providing high level change management support
  • An ability to built rapport and relationships with a diverse set of senior stakeholders
  • A history of identifying continuous improvement in workforce management
