In this role you'll take responsibility for managing our HR Services function and providing inspirational leadership to the small and talented team.  You'll also have an opportunity to use your project management skills as the lead on some exiting HR related projects. 

Our HR Services team is comprised of HR Coordinators and an HR Analyst. The team provide efficient first-line HR support to our employees and managers. They deliver accurate and timely information on people management, policies, procedures and legislation, and create meaningful reporting and dashboards. The team are also responsible for creating HR related documentation (including generating employment agreements and various letters) and supporting our busy HR Business Partners with coordination activities.

  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience delivering HR projects

Ideally you'll come from a background gained within a shared service / central service HR team.
