The Department of Emergency Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a Research Study Coordinator 1 (RSC1) to participate in clinical research at Harborview Medical Center (HMC). The primary study involves the prospective enrollment of emergency department patients in observational and interventional clinical investigations. The RSC1 will also participate in other current and future studies that enroll emergency department patients

This RSC role provides a unique opportunity for individuals interested in the medical sciences to gain experience in the field of Emergency Medicine. This position will require the RSC to interact extensively in HMC Emergency Department, including physicians, nurses and patients.   This role will work under the general direction of Principal Investigator and the Clinical Research Manager in the Department of Emergency Medicine with assistance from the research team at HMC.
